Narrative:
Moving aircraft out of hangar, hooked up tug, cleared wings from any objects, assigned 2 wing walkers, 2 brake men, 1 tug driver, removed chocks from main gear, signaled brakes off. Tugged aircraft to position clear of other aircraft, signaled to brake man to set brakes. Got signal brakes were set, yelled to chock aircraft. As we chocked aircraft, disconnected aircraft from tug. Within 5-10 seconds aircraft began to roll backward. Yelling to hit brakes again, aircraft struck a concrete barrier damaging aircraft and coming to rest on barrier. Reported accident to supervisor.
