Narrative:

Aircraft X was nnwbound at 3500 ft and aircraft disappeared from scope. Both primary and secondary targets were gone for approximately 90 seconds. This type of occurrence is a regular event. Radar coverage between clt 080-105 degree radials and 30-45 mi at or below 6000 ft is poor at best. The poor quality of radar coverage east of clt has been reported countless times. No action to correct this problem has been addressed.
