Narrative:
A passenger refused to comply with a flight attendant's request to turn off his cell phone. He was verbally abusive to me. The flight attendant told him if he didn't turn off the cell phone, he would be removed. The passenger refused to comply. Security was called. The passenger was removed. He was upset about his coat being hung in the closet with bags, too.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B757, ORD-MIA. DURING PREFLT BEVERAGE SVC, PAX REFUSED TO TURN OFF CELL PHONE. PAX REMOVED BY SECURITY.
Narrative: A PAX REFUSED TO COMPLY WITH A FLT ATTENDANT'S REQUEST TO TURN OFF HIS CELL PHONE. HE WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO ME. THE FLT ATTENDANT TOLD HIM IF HE DIDN'T TURN OFF THE CELL PHONE, HE WOULD BE REMOVED. THE PAX REFUSED TO COMPLY. SECURITY WAS CALLED. THE PAX WAS REMOVED. HE WAS UPSET ABOUT HIS COAT BEING HUNG IN THE CLOSET WITH BAGS, TOO.
