At cruise had ECAM warning 'aft cargo smoke.' per procedure discharged extinguishing agent. Asked for emergency divert, decided on reno as closest airport. While in descent left engine oil pressure dropped to 5 psi. Received ECAM warning for left engine 'oil filter clogged.' per procedure shut down engine #1. Continued to reno for safe landing.
