After engine start in msp, got ECAM message 'anti-ice right window.' performed cockpit operating manual procedure in air carrier airlines manual. Felt problem had been solved with reset of computer via circuit breaker reset. Next statement in cockpit operating manual very misleading. Says '1) no action is required. This message is for your information only.' got same message again in-flight. Window felt cold. Consulted MEL. Continued on to las where system was written up.
