Narrative:
Had last min gate/plane change. Of course, as crew members, we were the last to be informed. As a result, we were rushed to get the flight out. During our preflight duties, neither the captain nor I realized our release was for another aircraft (correct flight number, but wrong ship). Fortunately, dispatch issued a new release for the correct aircraft, but no one brought a new release to our attention. We departed with a release for the wrong aircraft.
