Narrative:
Master caution at approximately 100 KTS. Rejected as first officer called APU oil pressure light. DC9-50 (-15 engines) approximately 3200 ft down 10000 ft runway approximately 109000 pounds maximum gross weight. Aircraft had been on MEL for APU, but MEL cleared for flight just before release. Problem had been history of APU write-ups. While waiting for maintenance decision to spare or cancel flight (approximately 40 mins), brake temperatures peaked about 220 degrees. Wrote up logbook and flight continued in spare aircraft.

Title: A DC9-50 REJECTED TKOF AT 100 KTS DUE TO MASTER CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATING CAUSED BY THE APU OIL PRESSURE WARNING.
Narrative: MASTER CAUTION AT APPROX 100 KTS. REJECTED AS FO CALLED APU OIL PRESSURE LIGHT. DC9-50 (-15 ENGS) APPROX 3200 FT DOWN 10000 FT RWY APPROX 109000 LBS MAX GROSS WT. ACFT HAD BEEN ON MEL FOR APU, BUT MEL CLRED FOR FLT JUST BEFORE RELEASE. PROB HAD BEEN HISTORY OF APU WRITE-UPS.
