Narrative:

Phl ramp between a and B concourse the departure ramp spots at phl are at this point confusing. We were assigned spot 5 the markings on the ground show spot 4 and the current commercial chart shows the spot as 7. Phl ground advised that there is a NOTAM but we found no NOTAMS and no company alert messages on this account.
