Narrative:
I was PF, sfo to phl, PM45 local time. Had been cleared direct to har. Assigned to cross D45 west of har at FL250 by ZOB. I wrote this down on my scratch pad, and then did my calculation on where to start the descent based on crossing D15 west of har. We crossed D45 at approximately FL290, after talking to center about it. Too tired, too late at night.
