Narrative:

A passenger xe, on our 30 min flying time to aus, mr X had a beer. When it became time to prepare for landing, I was doing my compliance check and picking up all service items. When I came to row X and told them (xe and F) I'd need to pick up all the service items for landing, he said 'come back later.' I told him it was time for all the flight attendants to be seated as well. He started chugging the beer to the point it was coming out of his mouth and dripping all over his shirt down his chin. He pretty much threw the empty can at me and said, 'there you are, are you happy now *&%$^.' I explained I had to pick up all the service items for landing. He was very rude. I'd explained to him 3 times before he even would comply with my compliance and final preparation. Passenger seated around commented on his behavior and apologized that we have to take all the abuse. 1 passenger (stated in a witness section of this form) waited for all the passenger and crew to deplane, offering me his information as a witness. I asked mr X for his name, but he wouldn't comply. I also told him it was required to comply with crew member instructions. I obtained his address and phone with the agent who met the flight.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, B757, DFW-AUS. MAN BECAME VERBALLY, PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE TO CABIN ATTENDANT WHEN SHE TRIED TO PICK UP HIS BEER FOR LNDG. THREW EMPTY CAN. PAX WITNESSES.

Narrative: A PAX XE, ON OUR 30 MIN FLYING TIME TO AUS, MR X HAD A BEER. WHEN IT BECAME TIME TO PREPARE FOR LNDG, I WAS DOING MY COMPLIANCE CHK AND PICKING UP ALL SVC ITEMS. WHEN I CAME TO ROW X AND TOLD THEM (XE AND F) I'D NEED TO PICK UP ALL THE SVC ITEMS FOR LNDG, HE SAID 'COME BACK LATER.' I TOLD HIM IT WAS TIME FOR ALL THE FLT ATTENDANTS TO BE SEATED AS WELL. HE STARTED CHUGGING THE BEER TO THE POINT IT WAS COMING OUT OF HIS MOUTH AND DRIPPING ALL OVER HIS SHIRT DOWN HIS CHIN. HE PRETTY MUCH THREW THE EMPTY CAN AT ME AND SAID, 'THERE YOU ARE, ARE YOU HAPPY NOW *&%$^.' I EXPLAINED I HAD TO PICK UP ALL THE SVC ITEMS FOR LNDG. HE WAS VERY RUDE. I ASKED MR X FOR HIS NAME, BUT HE WOULDN'T COMPLY. I ALSO TOLD HIM IT WAS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH CREW MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS. I OBTAINED HIS ADDRESS AND PHONE WITH THE AGENT WHO MET THE FLT.
