Narrative:

After multiple takeoffs and lndgs at iwa airport, I asked the tower controller which way he would like the turn and he said either for goodyear airport we turned to the west. For unknown reason we continued the climb past requested altitude. I was able to stop the climb at 5000 ft and simultaneously contacted approach. We were deviated south and asked to call phx approach when on the ground. After my conversation with the controller, due to the close proximity of iwa airport to class B it should always be prudent to depart to the east. He was surprised that the gateway controller allowed the departure to the west. The PF's proficiency in english was also a factor in not understanding the calls I made for leveloff or direction of flight to avoid class B after leaving the traffic area at iwa airport.

Title: INADVERTENT CLASS B ENTRY AT PHX, AZ.

Narrative: AFTER MULTIPLE TKOFS AND LNDGS AT IWA ARPT, I ASKED THE TWR CTLR WHICH WAY HE WOULD LIKE THE TURN AND HE SAID EITHER FOR GOODYEAR ARPT WE TURNED TO THE W. FOR UNKNOWN REASON WE CONTINUED THE CLB PAST REQUESTED ALT. I WAS ABLE TO STOP THE CLB AT 5000 FT AND SIMULTANEOUSLY CONTACTED APCH. WE WERE DEVIATED S AND ASKED TO CALL PHX APCH WHEN ON THE GND. AFTER MY CONVERSATION WITH THE CTLR, DUE TO THE CLOSE PROX OF IWA ARPT TO CLASS B IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE PRUDENT TO DEPART TO THE E. HE WAS SURPRISED THAT THE GATEWAY CTLR ALLOWED THE DEP TO THE W. THE PF'S PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH WAS ALSO A FACTOR IN NOT UNDERSTANDING THE CALLS I MADE FOR LEVELOFF OR DIRECTION OF FLT TO AVOID CLASS B AFTER LEAVING THE TFC AREA AT IWA ARPT.
