Narrative:
During a very heavy traffic period, I, as radar west controller, coordinated for the radar east controller. I mistakenly thought that I pointed out air carrier (commuter) to the next control facility for radar east. The air carrier flight violated the other control jurisdiction's airspace. Traffic was so unusually heavy that we didn't realize the error in communication in time to correctly point out the air carrier flight.

Title: DEP CTLR DID NOT NOTIFY NEXT CTL FACILITY OF ACFT TO ENTER HIS AIRSPACE.
Narrative: DURING A VERY HVY TFC PERIOD, I, AS RADAR W CTLR, COORDINATED FOR THE RADAR E CTLR. I MISTAKENLY THOUGHT THAT I POINTED OUT ACR (COMMUTER) TO THE NEXT CTL FACILITY FOR RADAR E. THE ACR FLT VIOLATED THE OTHER CTL JURISDICTION'S AIRSPACE. TFC WAS SO UNUSUALLY HVY THAT WE DIDN'T REALIZE THE ERROR IN COM IN TIME TO CORRECTLY POINT OUT THE ACR FLT.
