Narrative:

First arrival on runway 4R needed to roll to end of runway to exit. This created a go around of an MD80. A different local was departing runway 8L on a 110 degree heading when MD80 was issued a go around and the coordinated heading was 140 degrees. The MD80 did not start turn for approximately 3/4 mi and only after instructions were reissued. Traffic was issued and observed until the headings were divergent.
