Narrative:
While on bitho 7 arrival to mco, we reviewed the NOTAMS for our approach into mco. While we were doing this, we drifted approximately 7 1/2 mi to the east of the 356 degree radial due to strong west winds. We were alerted to this by ZJX. We could have avoided this by having the PF continue to fly the aircraft (as his sole responsibility) and have the PNF check the NOTAMS. We were both looking at the NOTAMS at the same time and this led to the error.
