Narrative:
We were told to cross tarne at 11000 ft. The first officer was flying and I was completing my descent duties. When I looked at the altimeter of tarne, I saw we were at 11600 ft and descending. I need to pay more attention and make sure my first officer complies with clrncs.

Narrative: WE WERE TOLD TO CROSS TARNE AT 11000 FT. THE FO WAS FLYING AND I WAS COMPLETING MY DSCNT DUTIES. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE ALTIMETER OF TARNE, I SAW WE WERE AT 11600 FT AND DSNDING. I NEED TO PAY MORE ATTN AND MAKE SURE MY FO COMPLIES WITH CLRNCS.
