Altitude capture of autoplt. Cleared to cross tacke intersection at 11000 ft. Autoplt failed to capture at 11000 ft. Autoplt turned off and stopped descent by 10800 ft and climbed back to 11000 ft. No traffic conflict and nothing said by approach control.
