Narrative:
Altitude bust. FL240, requested FL220. Received FL220. Set and checked FL220. Began descent in IAS mode, switched to vertical speed at FL225. Altitude arm kicked off. Recovered at FL216 and climbed back to FL220. No conflict. Controller advised we were 400 ft low.

Narrative: ALT BUST. FL240, REQUESTED FL220. RECEIVED FL220. SET AND CHKED FL220. BEGAN DSCNT IN IAS MODE, SWITCHED TO VERT SPD AT FL225. ALT ARM KICKED OFF. RECOVERED AT FL216 AND CLBED BACK TO FL220. NO CONFLICT. CTLR ADVISED WE WERE 400 FT LOW.
