Narrative:
In sum: an airline crew member lists the duty schedule along with the revisions to it that led to a question of the adequacy of the required legal rest. When he became concerned about the legality according to the far relative to required rest he confirmed with crew scheduling, their supervisor and his chief pilot. They all agreed that he was legally scheduled but he is still not convinced and extends the wish that the far be written in a more clear and understandable manner.
