Narrative:
Aircraft X checked on at FL410. Aircraft X was given a code change. Aircraft X was told to cross denny at FL330. Aircraft X read back the clearance correctly. Then I answered a handoff line. During my absence, aircraft X was switched to another frequency. Approximately 4 mins later, aircraft X's mode C was missing from the radar. An air carrier Y reported a TCASII resolution descent because he showed an aircraft at FL310 going eastbound. The air carrier Y, who was swbound at FL310, then descended to FL290.

Title: RADAR HDOF CTLR HEARD RADAR CTLR DSND A PVT JET AND LATER, WHEN A CONFLICT OCCURRED WITH AN ACR, DID NOT SEE A MODE C ALT ON THE PVT JET.
Narrative: ACFT X CHKED ON AT FL410. ACFT X WAS GIVEN A CODE CHANGE. ACFT X WAS TOLD TO CROSS DENNY AT FL330. ACFT X READ BACK THE CLRNC CORRECTLY. THEN I ANSWERED A HDOF LINE. DURING MY ABSENCE, ACFT X WAS SWITCHED TO ANOTHER FREQ. APPROX 4 MINS LATER, ACFT X'S MODE C WAS MISSING FROM THE RADAR. AN ACR Y RPTED A TCASII RESOLUTION DSCNT BECAUSE HE SHOWED AN ACFT AT FL310 GOING EBOUND. THE ACR Y, WHO WAS SWBOUND AT FL310, THEN DSNDED TO FL290.
