Narrative:
We were cleared to land runway 27. The other aircraft, a single engine, was cleared to land runway 36. As we were within the OM using visual approach with ILS backup, we had visual contact of the aircraft and TA on TCASII. Due to proximity of the ground and trajectory of the other aircraft, we did not receive an RA. Our only option was to descend a bit to avoid the traffic, but remain safely above the ground. The other aircraft transmitted to the tower that he 'lost the runway in the lights.' tower made no advisory or comment. We notified tower of the [near midair collision?] at 100 ft clearance.

Title: ACR INITIATES EVASIVE MANEUVER ON SHORT FINAL TO AVOID A GA ACFT MAKING AN APCH TO THE WRONG RWY.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED TO LAND RWY 27. THE OTHER ACFT, A SINGLE ENG, WAS CLRED TO LAND RWY 36. AS WE WERE WITHIN THE OM USING VISUAL APCH WITH ILS BACKUP, WE HAD VISUAL CONTACT OF THE ACFT AND TA ON TCASII. DUE TO PROX OF THE GND AND TRAJECTORY OF THE OTHER ACFT, WE DID NOT RECEIVE AN RA. OUR ONLY OPTION WAS TO DSND A BIT TO AVOID THE TFC, BUT REMAIN SAFELY ABOVE THE GND. THE OTHER ACFT XMITTED TO THE TWR THAT HE 'LOST THE RWY IN THE LIGHTS.' TWR MADE NO ADVISORY OR COMMENT. WE NOTIFIED TWR OF THE [NMAC?] AT 100 FT CLRNC.
