Narrative:
During cruise first officer moved seat outboard to visit cabin. Kit bag was further aft than normal. Seat pinched kit bag against circuit breaker panel and forced the left fuel spar circuit breaker open. Throttle quad light and EICAS messages were displayed. Both pilots understandably shaken.

Title: A B767-200 IN CRUISE AT FL390 THE FO INADVERTENTLY MOVED AN INCORRECTLY STOWED KIT BAG AGAINST THE CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL OPENING THE SPAR VALVE CIRCUIT BREAKER.
Narrative: DURING CRUISE FO MOVED SEAT OUTBOARD TO VISIT CABIN. KIT BAG WAS FURTHER AFT THAN NORMAL. SEAT PINCHED KIT BAG AGAINST CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL AND FORCED THE L FUEL SPAR CIRCUIT BREAKER OPEN. THROTTLE QUAD LIGHT AND EICAS MESSAGES WERE DISPLAYED. BOTH PLTS UNDERSTANDABLY SHAKEN.
