Narrative:
A passenger was found by the #4 flight attendant, laying down in a row of seat with his feet over the armrest, in the aisle. She could not awaken him. She came up to first class to tell the cockpit that we had a passenger that was either drunk or sick and would not wake up. I went back to the passenger with her. We woke him up. She asked him if he was sick or had he been drinking. He sat up and looked at her and said 'I love you, will you marry me?' I replied that he had just answered her question. We informed the captain and both flight attendants went back to him, separately, and informed him that the captain knew of the situation. When I talked to him, he sat up straight with his shoulders back and appeared to me to take this seriously. I informed the captain of his reaction and said that I felt he would straighten up. We proceeded to taxi out and perform the safety demonstration. I was making the PA, when the #4 flight attendant informed me that he was now bothering the passenger around him. The #2 flight attendant came up to first class after the demonstration, saying that a woman was complaining that he was using foul language. He continuously reached out to touch the passenger across the aisle. The #4 flight attendant went to the passenger area. A man informed her that he [the man] told him he had just gotten off a london flight and had gotten in trouble there, too. We were then told by the passenger around him that he had said 'we're all going to crash and die.' the captain was again informed on the new occurrences, and he made the decision to go back to the gate. We all felt, at this point, that we needed to deplane him. Although he had seemed, at one point, to want to straighten up, he seemed as if he was too far gone to be able to.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT, S80, DFW-LAS. MAN PASSED OUT IN ROW, LEGS IN AISLE. WHEN AWAKENED, PROFANE LANGUAGE (AND REF TO THE PLANE WAS GOING TO CRASH). RETURN GATE. PAX REMOVED.
Narrative: A PAX WAS FOUND BY THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT, LAYING DOWN IN A ROW OF SEAT WITH HIS FEET OVER THE ARMREST, IN THE AISLE. SHE COULD NOT AWAKEN HIM. SHE CAME UP TO FIRST CLASS TO TELL THE COCKPIT THAT WE HAD A PAX THAT WAS EITHER DRUNK OR SICK AND WOULD NOT WAKE UP. I WENT BACK TO THE PAX WITH HER. WE WOKE HIM UP. SHE ASKED HIM IF HE WAS SICK OR HAD HE BEEN DRINKING. HE SAT UP AND LOOKED AT HER AND SAID 'I LOVE YOU, WILL YOU MARRY ME?' I REPLIED THAT HE HAD JUST ANSWERED HER QUESTION. WE INFORMED THE CAPT AND BOTH FLT ATTENDANTS WENT BACK TO HIM, SEPARATELY, AND INFORMED HIM THAT THE CAPT KNEW OF THE SIT. WHEN I TALKED TO HIM, HE SAT UP STRAIGHT WITH HIS SHOULDERS BACK AND APPEARED TO ME TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. I INFORMED THE CAPT OF HIS REACTION AND SAID THAT I FELT HE WOULD STRAIGHTEN UP. WE PROCEEDED TO TAXI OUT AND PERFORM THE SAFETY DEMONSTRATION. I WAS MAKING THE PA, WHEN THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS NOW BOTHERING THE PAX AROUND HIM. THE #2 FLT ATTENDANT CAME UP TO FIRST CLASS AFTER THE DEMONSTRATION, SAYING THAT A WOMAN WAS COMPLAINING THAT HE WAS USING FOUL LANGUAGE. HE CONTINUOUSLY REACHED OUT TO TOUCH THE PAX ACROSS THE AISLE. THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT WENT TO THE PAX AREA. A MAN INFORMED HER THAT HE [THE MAN] TOLD HIM HE HAD JUST GOTTEN OFF A LONDON FLT AND HAD GOTTEN IN TROUBLE THERE, TOO. WE WERE THEN TOLD BY THE PAX AROUND HIM THAT HE HAD SAID 'WE'RE ALL GOING TO CRASH AND DIE.' THE CAPT WAS AGAIN INFORMED ON THE NEW OCCURRENCES, AND HE MADE THE DECISION TO GO BACK TO THE GATE. WE ALL FELT, AT THIS POINT, THAT WE NEEDED TO DEPLANE HIM. ALTHOUGH HE HAD SEEMED, AT ONE POINT, TO WANT TO STRAIGHTEN UP, HE SEEMED AS IF HE WAS TOO FAR GONE TO BE ABLE TO.
