Narrative:
While I was programming the FMS, the first officer exceeded the 250 KT speed limit. The fact that we were inbound from a continuous duty overnight could have been a contributing factor. Once idented, the first officer (who was flying) slowed the aircraft to below 250 KTS.

Title: FO OF A CANADAIR CL65 EXCEEDED THE SPD RESTR BELOW 10000 FT.
Narrative: WHILE I WAS PROGRAMMING THE FMS, THE FO EXCEEDED THE 250 KT SPD LIMIT. THE FACT THAT WE WERE INBOUND FROM A CONTINUOUS DUTY OVERNIGHT COULD HAVE BEEN A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. ONCE IDENTED, THE FO (WHO WAS FLYING) SLOWED THE ACFT TO BELOW 250 KTS.
