Narrative:
TCASII climb RA at FL390. Followed RA to FL393 and returned to cruise altitude within 30 seconds of deviation. Advised ZAU. Noted red symbol right below us on map. Center advised only traffic was an aircraft immediately below us at FL350. Only TCASII indication and commands were 'climb' then a softening to 'monitor vertical speed' with appropriate pitch indications on the ADI. No 'traffic' callout with appropriate symbol preceded the RA and no 'clear of conflict' annunciated. All RA guidance followed within appropriate time limits. Not sure if frequency listed was correct for position along J60, 80E, iow.
