Narrative:
Aircraft (X) on the tiptoe visual to runway 28L at sfo, observed an MD11 (Y) off our right, same altitude, same direction. We were within a mi or two of menlo intersection. We observed the MD11 turn toward us and at the same time, received a TCASII RA to climb. Climbed 1000 ft as the MD11 passed under us.
