Narrative:
Departure flight ont-bna. Cleared prado 5 trm af. Climbing on prado 5 trm east of nikkl intersection, cleared to either 14000 ft or FL190. Received a TA less than 10 NM approximately 11 - 11:30 O'clock position climbing through 11000-12000 ft. Reduced climb (first officer flying). Observed a twin otter doing left circling turns. Socal issued a TA. We acknowledged aircraft in sight. The parachute jumping aircraft was less than 1 mi off departure SID. Was handed off to ZLA. They gave us a phone number for ZLA. Supplemental information from acn 508328 revealed the following information: received a TCASII TA then RA. Reduced climb until visual with VFR twin otter. Otter passed approximately 1 mi co-altitude from us.
