Narrative:
After reaching agard intersection, the route loaded into the computer had us going direct to eno for the arrival to ewr. Speak intersection was missing and we would have had to enter it manually. Center advised us of the problem with aircraft not continuing to speak before turning toward eno. I advised him that I would address the issue with the company as it is an ongoing problem. I also should have verified the route, but didn't.

Title: AN ACR CAPT RPTED AN FMS DATABASE PROB ON THE STAR INTO EWR, WHICH CAUSED A TRACK DEV.
Narrative: AFTER REACHING AGARD INTXN, THE RTE LOADED INTO THE COMPUTER HAD US GOING DIRECT TO ENO FOR THE ARR TO EWR. SPEAK INTXN WAS MISSING AND WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO ENTER IT MANUALLY. CTR ADVISED US OF THE PROB WITH ACFT NOT CONTINUING TO SPEAK BEFORE TURNING TOWARD ENO. I ADVISED HIM THAT I WOULD ADDRESS THE ISSUE WITH THE COMPANY AS IT IS AN ONGOING PROB. I ALSO SHOULD HAVE VERIFIED THE RTE, BUT DIDN'T.
