Narrative:
Propeller was overhauled and returned to service and service bulletin 96A missed jul/xa/99. Service bulletin 96A was not listed in hartzell manual or microfiche. Propeller in for service out of state and shop found problem. I called hartzell may/xa/01, talked to product support. He said no reason to reject blades. Further search showed that on that airplane the blades in question are not svcable. Called FBO and offered to replace blades waiting on reply.
