Narrative:
On liftoff, stick shaker began shaking and continued until circuit breaker was pulled at 1200 ft AGL. Returned to ord and landed uneventfully. Aircraft had history of stick shaker on rotation and was previously refused by 3 crews the previous day (including ourselves). Aircraft was test flown and maintenance performed overnight, and we were the first crew to fly it since it was signed off. Since the history was known to us, we were prepared and briefed the problem before takeoff and located the circuit breaker to disable the shaker motor.
