Narrative:
Clear air turbulence. Smooth until we hit the turbulence. Seatbelt sign was off at the time and only 2 passenger were up -- a gentleman and a small child. We were thrown around a little and the passenger sat down in the aisle until it was safe to return to his seat. Most passenger were ok, but a few were 'shook up.' spent a while cleaning up the cabin and comforting the passenger. Flight attendant #1 received a sprained ankle, and was removed from the rest of the sequence. I feel the crew performed in a very professional way.
