Narrative:

Passenger in xa first class ignored crew member instructions when the initial PA was made regarding turning off and stowing electronic devices during preparation for landing. 2 different flight attendants asked him to turn off and store computer. I asked him the final time. He was extremely slow to comply even then. I believe this passenger was very arrogant and did not think the rules applied to him. Continued support of flight crew by reprimanding, taking away flight privileges, fining passenger monetarily gives us the ability to enforce FAA procedures with particularly difficult passenger.
