Narrative:
Center requested an expeditious descent from FL330 to FL280. PF used level change, speed brake and idle power. This confign resulted in a decreasing speed and rapidly developing sink rate. At approximately FL300 the PF disconnected the autoplt and encountered unanticipated nose down pitch forces which delayed the leveloff until about 500 ft below the assigned altitude. The ZBW controller subsequently assigned a descent to FL270.

Title: AN F100 CREW OVERSHOT ASSIGNED LEVELOFF ALT.
Narrative: CTR REQUESTED AN EXPEDITIOUS DSCNT FROM FL330 TO FL280. PF USED LEVEL CHANGE, SPD BRAKE AND IDLE PWR. THIS CONFIGN RESULTED IN A DECREASING SPD AND RAPIDLY DEVELOPING SINK RATE. AT APPROX FL300 THE PF DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT AND ENCOUNTERED UNANTICIPATED NOSE DOWN PITCH FORCES WHICH DELAYED THE LEVELOFF UNTIL ABOUT 500 FT BELOW THE ASSIGNED ALT. THE ZBW CTLR SUBSEQUENTLY ASSIGNED A DSCNT TO FL270.
