Narrative:
On departure, was assigned midway 4 departure. I used throttle cutback for noise and began turn at 1300 ft MSL. This slow climb, for noise, led me to bust the 4 DME requirement for completing the turn to 110 degrees. I departed from runway 31.

Title: LOCKHEED JETSTAR CAPT ADMITTED OVERSHOOTING THE 4 DME RESTR ON THE MIDWAY 4 DEP FROM ORD.
Narrative: ON DEP, WAS ASSIGNED MIDWAY 4 DEP. I USED THROTTLE CUTBACK FOR NOISE AND BEGAN TURN AT 1300 FT MSL. THIS SLOW CLB, FOR NOISE, LED ME TO BUST THE 4 DME REQUIREMENT FOR COMPLETING THE TURN TO 110 DEGS. I DEPARTED FROM RWY 31.
