Narrative:

On landing dxr, was instructed by tower to contact ground control upon exiting runway. Exited runway 200 ft from my aircraft tie-down. Forgot to contact ground and taxied to tie-down without clearance. I was distraction during landing rollout because engine died, and I was concerned that I would be unable to clear the runway. I was able to restart engine, but the distraction led to my failure to call ground control for clearance.

Title: DA-20 PLT FORGETS TO CALL GND FOR TAXI IN AFTER LNDG.

Narrative: ON LNDG DXR, WAS INSTRUCTED BY TWR TO CONTACT GND CONTROL UPON EXITING RWY. EXITED RWY 200 FT FROM MY AIRCRAFT TIE-DOWN. FORGOT TO CONTACT GND AND TAXIED TO TIE-DOWN WITHOUT CLRNC.
