Narrative:
The radar reflector for runway 36 is not depicted on the radar scope. Previous management response from ucr was batteries were replaced. However, the reflector is not working. This is at sav airport and I am an ATC controller.

Title: SAV ATCT CTLR RPTS A RADAR ALIGNMENT REFLECTOR IS NOT WORKING.
Narrative: THE RADAR REFLECTOR FOR RWY 36 IS NOT DEPICTED ON THE RADAR SCOPE. PREVIOUS MGMNT RESPONSE FROM UCR WAS BATTERIES WERE REPLACED. HOWEVER, THE REFLECTOR IS NOT WORKING. THIS IS AT SAV ARPT AND I AM AN ATC CTLR.
