Narrative:
Airspace boundaries on the radar video maps at nkt and nvf do not coincide. You have both facilities controling aircraft in the same airspace. Radar position of aircraft differ between nkt and nvf, reference to video map marks and nkt TACAN. Automated radar handoffs cannot be made form mvf to nkt. These problems had been reported to management at least 2 months ago.

RADAR POS OF ACFT DIFFER BTWN NKT AND NVF, REF TO VIDEO MAP MARKS AND NKT TACAN. AUTOMATED RADAR HDOFS CANNOT BE MADE FORM MVF TO NKT. THESE PROBS HAD BEEN RPTED TO MGMNT AT LEAST 2 MONTHS AGO.
