Narrative:
Possibly flew aircraft with open write-up. At XA00 on sun/jul/01 I was notified that I had apparently flown an aircraft that had an open write-up in the logbook. The write-up was to do with the captain's seat back. I was unaware of this. Possibly the pages stuck together.

Title: B737 CREW FLEW THE ACFT WITH AN OPEN MAINT ITEM.
Narrative: POSSIBLY FLEW ACFT WITH OPEN WRITE-UP. AT XA00 ON SUN/JUL/01 I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I HAD APPARENTLY FLOWN AN ACFT THAT HAD AN OPEN WRITE-UP IN THE LOGBOOK. THE WRITE-UP WAS TO DO WITH THE CAPT'S SEAT BACK. I WAS UNAWARE OF THIS. POSSIBLY THE PAGES STUCK TOGETHER.
