Narrative:

On push back from gate (ZZZ), flight attendant #6 called from jumpseat and said deportee was screaming, running up the aisle with his arm bleeding. I informed cockpit and went to the back cabin. I made PA to disarm all exits and told cockpit we need help in cabin now. Pilots knocked passenger to floor at seat xyz, handcuffed passenger, and authorities took over. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the flight attendant was the chief purser on the flight. She stated that two INS agents escorted the deportee onto the flight. They insisted that she take the deportee paperwork and passport to give to the officials at the foreign airport. She asked the agents if the deportee had been pat down searched, if he had been through a metal detector, and if he was dangerous. The INS agents said that he had been pat down searched, had been through a metal detector, and was not dangerous. The agents stayed at the aircraft boarding door until the aircraft door was closed and the aircraft pushed back from the gate. At that point, they disappeared. When the deportee was on the aircraft, he began to walk through the cabin and started to go through the overhead bins. The purser thought he was trying to find purses with money that could be stolen. The purser then told the deportee that he must take his seat. After pushback the deportee was seen running from the lavatory bleeding profusely. Three flight attendant's attempted to stop him and were unsuccessful. Only when assisted by the two relief pilots were they able to subdue the deportee. The captain returned to the gate with law enforcement meeting the flight. At this time, the purser was informed that the deportee had arrived the day before from a foreign location and was being returned there because he had a forged passport. When the aircraft was searched, a 'box cutter' was found in the lavatory trash bin with blood all over it.

Narrative: ON PUSH BACK FROM GATE (ZZZ), FA #6 CALLED FROM JUMPSEAT AND SAID DEPORTEE WAS SCREAMING, RUNNING UP THE AISLE WITH HIS ARM BLEEDING. I INFORMED COCKPIT AND WENT TO THE BACK CABIN. I MADE PA TO DISARM ALL EXITS AND TOLD COCKPIT WE NEED HELP IN CABIN NOW. PLTS KNOCKED PAX TO FLOOR AT SEAT XYZ, HANDCUFFED PAX, AND AUTHORITIES TOOK OVER. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE FA WAS THE CHIEF PURSER ON THE FLT. SHE STATED THAT TWO INS AGENTS ESCORTED THE DEPORTEE ONTO THE FLT. THEY INSISTED THAT SHE TAKE THE DEPORTEE PAPERWORK AND PASSPORT TO GIVE TO THE OFFICIALS AT THE FOREIGN ARPT. THE AGENTS STAYED AT THE ACFT BOARDING DOOR UNTIL THE ACFT DOOR WAS CLOSED AND THE ACFT PUSHED BACK FROM THE GATE. AT THAT POINT, THEY DISAPPEARED. WHEN THE DEPORTEE WAS ON THE ACFT, HE BEGAN TO WALK THROUGH THE CABIN AND STARTED TO GO THROUGH THE OVERHEAD BINS. THREE FA'S ATTEMPTED TO STOP HIM AND WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. ONLY WHEN ASSISTED BY THE TWO RELIEF PLTS WERE THEY ABLE TO SUBDUE THE DEPORTEE. THE CAPT RETURNED TO THE GATE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT MEETING THE FLT. AT THIS TIME, THE PURSER WAS INFORMED THAT THE DEPORTEE HAD ARRIVED THE DAY BEFORE FROM A FOREIGN LOCATION AND WAS BEING RETURNED THERE BECAUSE HE HAD A FORGED PASSPORT. WHEN THE ACFT WAS SEARCHED, A 'BOX CUTTER' WAS FOUND IN THE LAVATORY TRASH BIN WITH BLOOD ALL OVER IT.
