Narrative:
On 11/sun/01, I was returning back to school in WWW from airport in us. Apparently last week a NOTAM was issued in relation to power plants, a minimum of a 10 NM radius must be maintained and a height no less than 18000 ft when crossing within airspace. I was not aware of this new regulation until late last night. In the process of preparing to return to WWW I did not receive the latest NOTAMS for the enroute return flight, because I was pressed for time. Also, I didn't think that I needed to because I thought I had all the information that I needed. I proceeded on course therefore crossing through the restr airspace at 4500 ft and approximately 4 to 5 mi away from the power plant at XA00 hours. About twenty mins to a half hour later, I was contacted by YYY military base on 121.5. My course had me deviate from YYY military airspace because it also has a 10 mi no-fly zone currently around it. I was monitoring 121.5 at this point because of the closeness I was to YYY airspace. YYY told me to contact them on their approach frequency. They informed me that XXX tower wanted to speak to me and proceeded to give me their telephone number so that when I landed in WWW I could call them. Up to this point I had no idea that I had violated any airspace regulations along my route. So when I landed I called XXX tower immediately. They then told me about crossing through the nuclear power plant's airspace and took down some information from me, my name, address, phone number, tail number, and pilot certificate number. I was then told that someone might be contacting me within the week and then the conversation ended. This problem could have been prevented by getting a flight briefing before takeoff and receiving the up to date NOTAMS for my route of intended flight. It will not happen again.

Title: SMA PLT ENTERED TFR AIRSPACE AROUND A NUCLEAR PLANT AND A US MIL BASE.
Narrative: ON 11/SUN/01, I WAS RETURNING BACK TO SCHOOL IN WWW FROM ARPT IN US. APPARENTLY LAST WEEK A NOTAM WAS ISSUED IN RELATION TO PWR PLANTS, A MINIMUM OF A 10 NM RADIUS MUST BE MAINTAINED AND A HEIGHT NO LESS THAN 18000 FT WHEN CROSSING WITHIN AIRSPACE. I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS NEW REGULATION UNTIL LATE LAST NIGHT. IN THE PROCESS OF PREPARING TO RETURN TO WWW I DID NOT RECEIVE THE LATEST NOTAMS FOR THE ENROUTE RETURN FLT, BECAUSE I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME. ALSO, I DIDN'T THINK THAT I NEEDED TO BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD ALL THE INFO THAT I NEEDED. I PROCEEDED ON COURSE THEREFORE CROSSING THROUGH THE RESTR AIRSPACE AT 4500 FT AND APPROXIMATELY 4 TO 5 MI AWAY FROM THE PWR PLANT AT XA00 HRS. ABOUT TWENTY MINS TO A HALF HR LATER, I WAS CONTACTED BY YYY MIL BASE ON 121.5. MY COURSE HAD ME DEVIATE FROM YYY MIL AIRSPACE BECAUSE IT ALSO HAS A 10 MI NO-FLY ZONE CURRENTLY AROUND IT. I WAS MONITORING 121.5 AT THIS POINT BECAUSE OF THE CLOSENESS I WAS TO YYY AIRSPACE. YYY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THEM ON THEIR APCH FREQ. THEY INFORMED ME THAT XXX TWR WANTED TO SPEAK TO ME AND PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER SO THAT WHEN I LANDED IN WWW I COULD CALL THEM. UP TO THIS POINT I HAD NO IDEA THAT I HAD VIOLATED ANY AIRSPACE REGULATIONS ALONG MY ROUTE. SO WHEN I LANDED I CALLED XXX TWR IMMEDIATELY. THEY THEN TOLD ME ABOUT CROSSING THROUGH THE NUCLEAR PWR PLANT'S AIRSPACE AND TOOK DOWN SOME INFO FROM ME, MY NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, TAIL NUMBER, AND PLT CERTIFICATE NUMBER. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT SOMEONE MIGHT BE CONTACTING ME WITHIN THE WEEK AND THEN THE CONVERSATION ENDED. THIS PROB COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY GETTING A FLT BRIEFING BEFORE TAKEOFF AND RECEIVING THE UP TO DATE NOTAMS FOR MY ROUTE OF INTENDED FLT. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
