Narrative:

I was the cfii with a student (private pilot) being vectored by ATC to practice ILS 14 approach to landing at ZZZ. I felt I was being vectored within the 18 mi tfr around VOR and I informed ATC that I was part 91. They continued to vector me within 18 mi tfr after acknowledging my part 91. I believe that I am not responsible to the different interpretations of the NOTAM regarding ZZZ tfr and must rely on ATC for their interpretation.

Narrative: I WAS THE CFII WITH A STUDENT (PVT PLT) BEING VECTORED BY ATC TO PRACTICE ILS 14 APCH TO LNDG AT ZZZ. I FELT I WAS BEING VECTORED WITHIN THE 18 MI TFR AROUND VOR AND I INFORMED ATC THAT I WAS PART 91. THEY CONTINUED TO VECTOR ME WITHIN 18 MI TFR AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING MY PART 91. I BELIEVE THAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE TO THE DIFFERENT INTERPRETATIONS OF THE NOTAM REGARDING ZZZ TFR AND MUST RELY ON ATC FOR THEIR INTERPRETATION.
