Narrative:

Passenger came into galley with a back pack and placed it on the floor. Passenger asked for orange juice and acted very strange. We asked him to leave the galley due to security reasons. Then he left the bag in the galley and went into bathroom. After a few mins he opened bathroom door and asked if we had scissors (?). 'No.' then he locked himself in the bathroom again and after a few mins he came out with a cell phone in his hand, which was turned on. The captain was advised of the situation and the flight was met in miami by federal agents.

Title: PAX IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH USE OF PED'S INFLT AND OTHER SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES PROMPT AND ACR CREW TO HAVE FLT MET BY AUTHS.

Narrative: PAX CAME INTO GALLEY WITH A BACK PACK AND PLACED IT ON THE FLOOR. PAX ASKED FOR ORANGE JUICE AND ACTED VERY STRANGE. WE ASKED HIM TO LEAVE THE GALLEY DUE TO SECURITY REASONS. THEN HE LEFT THE BAG IN THE GALLEY AND WENT INTO BATHROOM. AFTER A FEW MINS HE OPENED BATHROOM DOOR AND ASKED IF WE HAD SCISSORS (?). 'NO.' THEN HE LOCKED HIMSELF IN THE BATHROOM AGAIN AND AFTER A FEW MINS HE CAME OUT WITH A CELL PHONE IN HIS HAND, WHICH WAS TURNED ON. THE CAPT WAS ADVISED OF THE SIT AND THE FLT WAS MET IN MIAMI BY FEDERAL AGENTS.
