Narrative:
It was brought to my attention that on jan/xa/99, as an inspection foreman, I co-signed a rescheduled work form on airline aircraft 727 for a time limited repair on the aircraft fuselage skin. Boeing had issued a 7000 cycle/24-month limit via telex to production/engineering. It was transcribed to the job card form correctly and I co-signed it without double-checking their figures. In the future, I will make sure I rechk their data entries. Due to the length of time since this incident, these are the facts as best as I recall.
