Narrative:
Both aircraft departed las on the wyldd 1 departure. Both aircraft were A319 airbuses. Both aircraft departed runway 19 at las, the second 3 NM in trail of the first. The first aircraft appeared to fly the departure procedure. The second aircraft turned east well before the designated turn point (idale) and was on an intercept course for the preceding aircraft. I vectored the second aircraft to avoid the first. If the second aircraft was using the autoplt/FMS to fly the route, the FMS did not fly the route very well. It is unknown if either aircraft was being hand flown.
