Narrative:

Aircraft overnight maintenance required #4 tire change on nov/wed/01. After discussion with another mechanic on nov/thu/01, we realized we forgot the spacer. On nov/thu/01, the aircraft over-nighted in ZZZ. We contacted maintenance in ZZZ and as per supervisor at ZZZ, it was repaired and documented.
