Narrative:
In the past 24 hours, I have had 2 instances when the company doctor on call has not been available when needed. In the first instance, the phone number supplied was busy for over 10 mins and by the time I did get through, the flight basically used help on board. In the second instance on this flight, nobody answered the number supplied to me. This flight had an overdosed passenger and we needed to speak with the doctor as soon as possible. Comrdo has a contact for medical emergencys and I believe we need to use them for our primary contacts. Our company medical doctors on call are not reliable enough to provide timely medical service to the flts in the air. We have had problem after problem getting a hold of a doctor.
