Primary Problem | Passenger Human Performance |
Narrative:
Passenger once boarded, began asking and demanding first class seats and a meal service while parked at the gate. I informed the passenger of what kind of service was going to be delivered by main cabin flight attendants. Passenger disagreed and I asked for the gate agent's presence in order to inform passenger of no upgrades to first class. Passenger was a little upset. After first class service was delivered a sandwich was left. Passenger was offered and he threw sandwich on the floor and used profanity and very abusive to my co-worker #5 and myself. Passenger asked me to fist fight him. Passenger had bad temper, abusive towards myself and flight attendant #5, working first class galley. His behavior was unacceptable. Jfk police met the flight, took report and let go of the passenger. I strongly believe passenger misconduct and any type of misbehavior of this kind has to be treated as a high risk misconduct and taken to immediate custody. I would love to see the law to be reinforced and to treat this incident with a severe punishment and a fine given immediately to this type of unacceptable incident onboard the aircraft by any passenger.

Title: A300 PAX MISCONDUCT CAUSED ABUSIVE ACTION TO CABIN ATTENDANTS OVER DEMAND TO SIT IN THEIR SEAT AND BE FED FOOD FROM CREW MEMBER MEALS.
Narrative: PAX ONCE BOARDED, BEGAN ASKING AND DEMANDING FIRST CLASS SEATS AND A MEAL SERVICE WHILE PARKED AT THE GATE. I INFORMED THE PAX OF WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED BY MAIN CABIN FLT ATTENDANTS. PAX DISAGREED AND I ASKED FOR THE GATE AGENT'S PRESENCE IN ORDER TO INFORM PAX OF NO UPGRADES TO FIRST CLASS. PAX WAS A LITTLE UPSET. AFTER FIRST CLASS SERVICE WAS DELIVERED A SANDWICH WAS LEFT. PAX WAS OFFERED AND HE THREW SANDWICH ON THE FLOOR AND USED PROFANITY AND VERY ABUSIVE TO MY CO-WORKER #5 AND MYSELF. PAX ASKED ME TO FIST FIGHT HIM. PAX HAD BAD TEMPER, ABUSIVE TOWARDS MYSELF AND FLT ATTENDANT #5, WORKING FIRST CLASS GALLEY. HIS BEHAVIOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE. JFK POLICE MET THE FLT, TOOK RPT AND LET GO OF THE PAX. I STRONGLY BELIEVE PAX MISCONDUCT AND ANY TYPE OF MISBEHAVIOR OF THIS KIND HAS TO BE TREATED AS A HIGH RISK MISCONDUCT AND TAKEN TO IMMEDIATE CUSTODY. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE LAW TO BE REINFORCED AND TO TREAT THIS INCIDENT WITH A SEVERE PUNISHMENT AND A FINE GIVEN IMMEDIATELY TO THIS TYPE OF UNACCEPTABLE INCIDENT ONBOARD THE ACFT BY ANY PAX.
