Narrative:

I was looking at charts and not paying attention to the passenger beside me taxi the airplane. Airplane went past hold line and onto runway 35. The landing light had just become inoperative. I should have been paying much closer attention instead of fumbling with charts, etc. No other aircraft were involved. The controller told me I was on the runway and I was cleared for takeoff on runway 35.

Title: PA32 PLT LET A PAX TAXI THE ACFT. HE HAD A RWY INCURSION AT AGS.

Narrative: I WAS LOOKING AT CHARTS AND NOT PAYING ATTN TO THE PAX BESIDE ME TAXI THE AIRPLANE. AIRPLANE WENT PAST HOLD LINE AND ONTO RWY 35. THE LNDG LIGHT HAD JUST BECOME INOP. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAYING MUCH CLOSER ATTN INSTEAD OF FUMBLING WITH CHARTS, ETC. NO OTHER ACFT WERE INVOLVED. THE CTLR TOLD ME I WAS ON THE RWY AND I WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 35.
