Narrative:
With the patient and medical crew loaded, I called for taxi and clearance to cincinnati, oh. I was cleared via a SID and 3 intermediate fixes. I started to taxi remembering the angle taxiway J that I arrived on and headed for it while shuffling approach plates to get the SID to program the GPS. By the time I realized that taxiway J did not intersect the parallel taxiway for runway 35, I had crossed the runway boundary. I immediately informed ground control and they cleared me to taxi on the runway to the departure end. I believe I let the en route upset me as I am used to getting very simple clrncs when filing lifeguard. Although I had the airport diagram in front of me initially, when I started to shuffle the plates for the SID I reverted to remembering how I taxied in and just started back out the same way not remembering I had gone the length of the runway after landing. This is purely a case of having my mind on the wrong thing at the wrong time. I should have kept the taxi chart under my nose and worried about the SID when I got to the runway.

Title: AN SMT PLT, TAXIING FOR TKOF AT INT, TAXIED ACROSS A RWY HOLD LINE.
Narrative: WITH THE PATIENT AND MEDICAL CREW LOADED, I CALLED FOR TAXI AND CLRNC TO CINCINNATI, OH. I WAS CLRED VIA A SID AND 3 INTERMEDIATE FIXES. I STARTED TO TAXI REMEMBERING THE ANGLE TXWY J THAT I ARRIVED ON AND HEADED FOR IT WHILE SHUFFLING APCH PLATES TO GET THE SID TO PROGRAM THE GPS. BY THE TIME I REALIZED THAT TXWY J DID NOT INTERSECT THE PARALLEL TXWY FOR RWY 35, I HAD CROSSED THE RWY BOUNDARY. I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED GND CTL AND THEY CLRED ME TO TAXI ON THE RWY TO THE DEP END. I BELIEVE I LET THE ENRTE UPSET ME AS I AM USED TO GETTING VERY SIMPLE CLRNCS WHEN FILING LIFEGUARD. ALTHOUGH I HAD THE ARPT DIAGRAM IN FRONT OF ME INITIALLY, WHEN I STARTED TO SHUFFLE THE PLATES FOR THE SID I REVERTED TO REMEMBERING HOW I TAXIED IN AND JUST STARTED BACK OUT THE SAME WAY NOT REMEMBERING I HAD GONE THE LENGTH OF THE RWY AFTER LNDG. THIS IS PURELY A CASE OF HAVING MY MIND ON THE WRONG THING AT THE WRONG TIME. I SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE TAXI CHART UNDER MY NOSE AND WORRIED ABOUT THE SID WHEN I GOT TO THE RWY.
