Narrative:
An engine inlet plug was left in aircraft (a dash 8). It was the 4TH sortie of the day when I flew it on a round trip to yuma from phx. It was not observable on preflight and no abnormal engine indications were observed. It was found by a later flight when engine indications appeared abnormal.
