Narrative:
I planned to fly from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2, so I called and received a WX briefing from WX brief. The WX briefer described the current and forecast WX conditions for the route of my flight. He however failed to mention that the prohibited P49 airspace was extended from 5 NM to a radius of 10 NM. I departed as planned and found the forecast visibility 10 mi did not mention the in-flight visibility. This made my concern for the safety of the flight greater. I started to assess my route a little more closely and my attention was on a group of large antennas. So I decided to turn west in order to eliminate the danger of the antennas. I remained VFR the entire flight and after passing over ZZZ3 in between the town and the airport, I turned back south and used dead reckoning to ZZZ2. I must have just passed through the restr extension that isn't charted when deviating around antennas. I didn't find out until later that it was extended. An F16 pulled up on my wing. I tried to raise him on 121.5, but could not reach him for intercept procedures. Once I landed, I was informed to call numerous people. I informed them of my understanding of the events, the uncharted airspace and my deprivation of the NOTAM from FSS. It was VFR, I navigated via visual reference, and I was concerned for the safety of the flight.

Title: A C152 PLT VIOLATED SPECIAL USE AIRSPACE IN THE FORM OF P49.
Narrative: I PLANNED TO FLY FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2, SO I CALLED AND RECEIVED A WX BRIEFING FROM WX BRIEF. THE WX BRIEFER DESCRIBED THE CURRENT AND FORECAST WX CONDITIONS FOR THE RTE OF MY FLT. HE HOWEVER FAILED TO MENTION THAT THE PROHIBITED P49 AIRSPACE WAS EXTENDED FROM 5 NM TO A RADIUS OF 10 NM. I DEPARTED AS PLANNED AND FOUND THE FORECAST VISIBILITY 10 MI DID NOT MENTION THE INFLT VIS. THIS MADE MY CONCERN FOR THE SAFETY OF THE FLT GREATER. I STARTED TO ASSESS MY ROUTE A LITTLE MORE CLOSELY AND MY ATTENTION WAS ON A GROUP OF LARGE ANTENNAS. SO I DECIDED TO TURN W IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE THE DANGER OF THE ANTENNAS. I REMAINED VFR THE ENTIRE FLT AND AFTER PASSING OVER ZZZ3 IN BETWEEN THE TOWN AND THE ARPT, I TURNED BACK S AND USED DEAD RECKONING TO ZZZ2. I MUST HAVE JUST PASSED THROUGH THE RESTR EXTENSION THAT ISN'T CHARTED WHEN DEVIATING AROUND ANTENNAS. I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL LATER THAT IT WAS EXTENDED. AN F16 PULLED UP ON MY WING.
